Here are some interesting sites: United States Fencing Association (USFA): www.usfa.org The Illinois division of the USFA http://totheescrime.org/Illinois/ Local (Illinois) Fencing/Newsletter Group called To The Escrime (Escrime being the French word for Fencing, which you'd know if you read the 'Fencing Info' page!) www.ToTheEscrime.Org A pre-filtered collection of Tournaments and Clinics that Blade Master members may be interested are listed in the [Tournaments] button. Unfiltered (e.g, including High School and Invitational that don't apply to us) tournaments can be found in Upcoming Tournaments, as compiled by To The Escrime. Fencing History - rather outdated (it speaks of the upcoming 2000 Sydney Olympics), but at least the part about the 17th Century origins are still accurate!
Fencing apparel (T-Shirts, mugs, jackets, stickers, etc) via mail order. Haven't tried them personally, but they seem like nice people....
