The BladeMasters Fencing Club was founded in the Fall of 2002.  Initially, its curriculum consists of teaching Foil to the Jr. High School Students of the Daniel Wright Jr. High School  (School District 103) in Lincolnshire.  We anticipate spreading the program to adults and other regional Jr. High Schools.

Henry G. Fiorentini is the founder of the Club, and an amateur fencer.  He is an established entrepreneur in the computer consulting area, having run his own company in this area for the past 25 years.

Marla Wolf is Director of the Illinois Division of the United States Fencing Association, and  a Fencing Coach/Coordinator for the Varsity fencing team at Stevenson H.S.  Marla spearheaded the Fencing program (no pun intended) at Stevenson over 12 years ago.  Her daughter is a nationally ranked champion, and Marla is instrumental in getting use of the electric scoring equipment and turning BladeMasters into reality.

Jaclyn Adler is a graduate of Stevenson H.S. and the University of Iowa.  She fenced for 4 years at Stevenson as well as in college at University of Iowa, where she received her Bachelors degree in Marketing. Jackie lives in the Buffalo Grove area.

Adam Barbanell s a graduate of Stevenson H.S. and the University of Illinois.  He fenced for 4 years at Stevenson and was Varsity Captain there.  Adam also Fenced in college at U of I, where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Engineering.  Adam lives in the Buffalo Grove area.
